Log into your IndemandUK account, select your order from the history tab, and click 'Request Return' to generate your unique RMA number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
